La CATRINA

I love the culture surrounding Día de Muertos. I love that the Catrina is often depicted as being graceful and appealing and often full of color. I wanted to design a Catrina that looked young and appealing that would hopefully also come across as inviting and sympathetic. I like to think of death as part of life, and wanted her to feel like she represents both.
